Excellent service! We placed a BIG order, and everything was correct. Didn't have to wait long either, and they called our order number loud & clear so we didn't miss it. Of course, fantastic food too!

Had a huge order, they executed it perfectly and quickly. I'm not quite sure what all the hype is about the place other than the service being exceptional. Foods okay.

Always super friendly staff. Also very polite. Food is always good. Sometimes it takes a little extra time at the drive thru, but its worth the wait.

Love the burgers but the fries are eh. Shakes are delicious. Best for sure

My first In-N-Out burger was consumed standing next to a trash dumpster outside our building after a six and a half hour airplane (hand-carried by a friend) across the Pacific Ocean. First burger I ever had that was delicious cold!Second was in Alameda, California a few years later. This time I had to wait for it to be cooked fresh - - - and it was the best burger I had ever had to that point in my life.So I had high hopes that finding an In-N-Out here in Texas would be a repeat of that experience. It was! On the day I visited, the restaurant was spotlessly clean, staff friendly, and the food was good.In-N-Out is definitely a cut above the average burger joint! If you have not tried one, you should.

Fries were hot, grilled cheese was amazing. They gave extra spread in a separate and were super quick

Great place, but watch out on the drive through. It has a very sharp turn.

Good fast-food. Nothing healthy on menu, should get whole grain buns at least. Another suggestion would be to also get sweet-potato fries. Regular fries are fresh cut, good but not crisp and a bit soggy. Either dropped too many at once or put in before grease was back at cooking temp. No reason not to have them light and crisp when firing fresh cut potatoes.

Certainly gives bang for the buck. Fries aren't on my wish list, but that's a preference thing. They are good for what they are. Burger can't be called meaty but it's well prepared and tasty.

Employees were nice, food was prepared quickly, and most surprisingly I bought food for my whole family for under 30$.

In my opinion they are delicious, when I travel to San Antonio it is one of my favorite places and the staff is very friendly

Always a delicious protein style burger and an order of animal fries! And let's not forget the amazing yellow chiles! All yummy, all day long!

Very clean. Consistent great quality food. Very friendly and courteous staff. A young man even saw I had a large order and offered to help me carry it to my car without being asked.

The hamburger was ok but it was way to small but what can u get get for $2.90. The fries were salty af and it felt like I was eating cardboard. Then for the drinks they didn’t give us any straws and it didnt have soda 🥤 periodtt

High quality burgers, unfortunately their size is on the small side. They're still great tasting but sometimes the burger itself doesn't fill me up.

I love In-N-Out, because I’m originally from California, but somehow I feel like the burgers a bit dry at this location or maybe I’m just crazy. Anyhow I’ll still come here every now and then, maybe I’m just liking WhataB more now 😭 who knows?

We went inside due to very long line in drive thru. Good tasting food. I like the simplicity. Burgers, fries and drinks. Keep it simple. Good shakes, too. Handling the social distancing well.

The place has very good food. The service is very good. The food gets to you right away. The shakes taste good.

It's good but I don't see what all the fuss is. I had so many friends who live outside of Texas tell me how great in-n-out was. It was good but the hype and fuss seems over rated. The restaurant was clean and the staff were polite. The burgers and fries were ok. A bit better than some other fast food restaurants but not the best burgers.

Right in line with the upper echelon of fast food burger places like Culver's and Freddy'sFries are a little thin for my liking but good not really a fan of the processed cheese. which I declined while ordering but received anyway. However really like the freshness of the vegetables that come with the burgers and the banana peppers they have on offer next to the ketchup..A well-kept clean friendly atmosphere an overall good experience for me.
